William (Bill) Parfet


Mr. Parfet currently serves as the Chairman and CEO of Northwood Group, which includes the investment arm of his family office, having recently retired from numerous public company positions.  He has served in Management and Board roles in many substantial US Public Companies, notably the Upjohn Company (now recognized as Pfizer), Stryker Corporation, Monsanto, Consumers Energy, and Taubman.  He brings a wealth of Public Company experience most specifically within the pharmaceutical and medical industries, as well as connections within the upper echelon of Michigan industry.

Carl Le Souef

Mr. Carl Le Souef is a founding partner and co-owner of Somnio Global. He oversaw the  the restructuring of PuriflOH (previously known as Water Resources Group Limited) during 2013/2014, which saw Dilato Holdings P/L  emerge as the major shareholder of PuriflOH, a position it still retains. Mr. Le Souef was previously the sole owner and CEO of one of Australia’s largest privately owned FMCG organisations, Private Formula International, a global operation that included Australia’s number one selling skincare range at the time, Dr LeWinn’s Private Formula. In 2009, he negotiated the sale of the company to a US based pharmaceutical major. Mr. Le Souef maintains an executive role in Somnio Global and in the management of his family office investments.

Professor Pravansu Mohanty

Professor Pravansu Mohanty is a founding partner and co-owner of Somnio Global. He is the Paul K Trojan Collegiate Professor of Engineering at the University of Michigan. He has a Ph.D. in Materials Science from McGill University, Montreal, Canada, with research interests in the areas of Additive Manufacturing, Plasma/ Laser Materials Processing, Biomaterials, Nanostructured Materials and Functionally Designed Materials for Energy Storage and Energy Generation. He has published numerous scientific papers, patents and received many research grants from Federal agencies including the National Science Foundation, US Army, US Navy, and Dept. of Energy. In 2015, Professor Mohanty was awarded an honor for non-resident Indians , the Hind Rattan (Jewel of India) Award for his contribution to science and engineering, presented to him at the Republic Day of India Celebration in New Delhi.

A lengthy history of capital markets, business development and management of small ASX listed companies, he has recently spent significant time in restructuring and recapitalising ASX listed companies and uniquely placed to understand the challenges ahead for Purifloh.

Steve Annear

President – PuriflOH (USA) Inc

General Manager of Somnio’s operations over the last 4 years with a long history of development and deployment of commercial strategies through senior management roles in large Industrial companies in Australia. This experience has included mergers, acquisitions, supply chain transformations and various strategic change programs which make Steve most uniquely placed to assist the Company develop its production, supply and marketing capabilities.

Lucia Cade

Non-Executive Director

An extensive career history in professional engineering and within the infrastructure and utilities sector. She is currently Chair of South East Water, the Victorian owned water utility, and its commercial subsidiary, iota Services.

Steve Morris


A long history of working in capital markets as a broker and with shareholder and investor based service companies providing advice to many different ASX listed companies. Mr. Morris is also a Non-Executive Director of De Grey Mining and on the Board of the Melbourne Football Club.

Jeremy Stone


Jeremy’s role is to support the Board through its critical early stage development strategies. He has most recently been the global Executive Manager – Innovation, Commercialisation and Digital, for GHD, an 8,500-strong professional services company. He is a professional engineer and brings to the Company energy, passion and experience in developing implementable strategies.
